Product Spotlight: Traditional Wooden Cribbage Cribbage, the classic brain-teasing game, now available in a traditional wooden form! This 2-4 player game has remained virtually unchanged since the 17th century, providing hours of endless entertainment.

Using a wooden board, plastic pegs, and a standard deck of playing cards, players compete to be the first to reach 121 points. The cribbage board features three colors - red, blue, and green - and is crafted from high-quality wood with a durable hinge for easy closure. The board also includes a convenient plastic slot on the back for secure peg storage.

How to Play Cribbage In a two-player game, each participant takes a matching set of pegs and places them at the starting position on the board. After shuffling and cutting the deck, the player with the lowest card goes first. The dealer automatically moves one of their pegs three spaces in a walking formation to offset the disadvantage of going second.

Each player is dealt six cards, and after evaluation, two are placed in the crib for the dealer's second hand. The remaining four cards become the draw deck. As play continues, points are awarded based on the drawn cards, and players move their pegs forward in an alternating walking fashion. The first player to reach the final space on the board with one peg is declared the winner.
